Founding Partner
Andreas founded Selin Legal and focuses primarily on the law firm market, including the recruitment of partners, senior associates and other qualified lawyers for law firms. He also advises on law firm mergers and provides agent services for lawyers. Andreas previously worked as a lawyer at Lagerlöf & Leman and held senior positions at Poolia Juridik and Hamilton Advokatbyrå. His experience as a lawyer and as an executive in legal recruitment and private practice gives him a deep understanding of both the candidate market and how law firms operate.
Henning Nordenquist
Senior Partner
Henning focuses primarily on recruitment for companies, including General Counsel, Heads of Legal, senior legal counsel and senior Compliance roles, as well as Legal Interim. He has broad executive search experience across several industries and was previously a senior consultant at Horton International. His background as an entrepreneur and in senior executive positions has given him a deep understanding of business operations, organisations and commercial realities. This enables him to assess Legal and Compliance roles from a broader business and management perspective. Henning leads assignments from needs analysis and search through candidate presentation, support in the final stages and follow-up.
